Honey flavoured with Lemon

Tasty on sandwishes, in tea, marinades, 1-2 teaspoons in sour cream as a dressing.

Fry a piece of salmon filet or chicken filet. Salt and pepper. Apply some Honey flavoured with Lemon after the filet is fried. This will add a lovely flavour.

Honey caramel with a taste of lemon

  • 150 ml of Honey flavoured with Lemon
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 200 ml of double cream
  • 100 ml of sugar
  1. Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  2. Add the honey, cream and sugar.
  3. Boil without a lid while stirring constantly, until the syrup passes a so-called ball test.
  4. Pour the syrup on to a greased baking tray.
  5. Allow it to cool down slightly and cut into pieces.
  6. Store in a refrigerator.
