Honey flavoured with Orange is great with toast and scones. It can be used as a substitute for jam on any bread.
Orange ice cream with chocolate
- 3 egg yolks
- 6 tablespoons of Honey flavoured with Orange
- 300 ml of yoghurt
- 450 ml of double cream
- 100-150 grams of dark chocolate (at least 70 %)
- Stir the honey with the yoghurt.
- Add the egg yolks.
- Whip the cream hard and stir it into the batter.
- Add the chopped chocolate and stir.
- Freeze for 6 hours.
- Thaw for 30 minutes before serving.
